What is an Affiliate Program? How does this work?
An Affiliate Program is an arrangement between you (the Affiliate) and Server Intellect (the Company) whereas the Company will pay you a set referral fee or commission for each sale that you directly refer to Server Intellect. We have engineered advanced affiliate tracking software that allows us to track referrals and sales sent from you to Server Intellect. Server Intellect will provide you access to a full set of reporting and auditing tools that allow you to see every click and sale sent to Server Intellect.
Do I have to be a Server Intellect customer to join the Affiliate Program?
No! You do not have to be a customer of Server Intellect to join and participate in the Server Intellect Affiliate Program.
Are there any fees for participating?
There are no fees in order to join or participate in the Server Intellect Affiliate Program. The goal of the Affiliate Program is to generate revenue for you, the affiliate.
How can I trust Server Intellect to pay me?

Is there any risk to joining? Can I join for free?
There is absolutely no risk to joining the Server Intellect Affiliate Program. Joining is fast, easy, free and should only take a few moments. Activation is automatic and you can begin using the tools and tracking URLs instantly. Why not sign up and see for yourself?
How much am I paid for each sale?
If your referral purchases any Dedicated Server, your commission would be $75. If you refer a Shared Hosting customer your commission would range between $10 - $50 depending on the Tier the customer signs up for. If you refer a Virtual Server customer the commission would be $50.
What products can I earn commission on?
You can earn commission on any of our recurring web hosting products. These include Shared Hosting, Virtual Servers and Dedicated Servers.
How often am I paid?
Server Intellect mails out payments once each month on the 10th of each month for the period ending 30 days prior to the current period. As an example, any commission accumulated between January 1st – 31st Server Intellect would mail your check on the 10th of March.
What day are payments mailed?
Your payment will be mailed on the 10th of each month. If the 10th falls on a weekend or Federal Bank holiday your check will be mailed the following business workday.
What name will appear on my check?
The checks will be paid from Client Intellect, Inc, the parent company to Server Intellect.
Am I paid for every sale, regardless of the account status?
In order to prevent affiliate fraud and to ensure the affiliate program is profitable to both Server Intellect and the affiliate, the account that you are to earn commission on must be in an Active status on the date that your commission is processed. The customer must not be in arrears or have previously canceled.
I do not feel comfortable using US Mail. Can you send the check via FedEx?
If you do not feel comfortable using US Mail to receive your commission check from Server Intellect we can optionally send your check via FedEx overnight for a fee of $25 which will be deducted from your commission check. Please contact your Affiliate Manager in order to arrange expedited mailing.
What is the minimum draw for sending a check?
Currently there is no minimum in order to receive a check mailed within the United States. However, if you choose an expedited mailing option other than US Mail your check must be greater than $25 in order to cover the costs of sending your check via FedEx.
Why do you need my Tax Identification Number?
In order to receive your commission check we must collect your Tax Identification Number for tax reporting reasons only. Your Tax ID is kept strictly confidential and will only be used for tax reporting. We are required to mail you a 1099 form at the end of the year.
I am a Server Intellect customer. Can I apply my earned commission to my account?
If you are a Server Intellect customer, you do have the option of applying your commission to your Server Intellect account. You can choose either Check Payment or Service Credit during signup or after you have joined by logging in to your Affiliate Account at https://affiliates.serverintellect.com
How are referrals tracked?
Referrals are tracked using an Internet Browser Cookie which is placed on the visitor’s computer. You simply send the referral to a special tracking URL that is assigned to you through your affiliate portal and the cookie is automatically placed on the user’s computer. The Cookie is permanent and is set to expire in exactly one year. This cookie contains your Affiliate ID, Campaign ID and Click ID in order to properly track information directly relating to the referral.
Will I get credit for the sale if the visitor leaves the site and comes back?
You will get credit for any sale even if the visitor leaves the site and comes back later, up to one full year as long as the cookie is not deleted from the visitor’s computer.
Can I purchase an account for myself using the affiliate program?
You can use your own link to order new services for yourself only if you currently have an account at Server Intellect. You can not use the Affiliate Program link for your first account.
Am I able send visitors to child URLs within the Server Intellect website?
You can send visitors to any child page within the Server Intellect site by utilizing the Campaigns features at https://affiliates.serverintellect.com. Simply log in to your account and click on the Campaigns link. You can then create a new campaign with the chosen Redirect URL.
Will the tracking method work for all visitors?
The tracking logic requires that an Internet Cookie be placed on the user’s computer through their Web Browser. If the visitor has Cookies disabled the cookie cannot be placed and ultimately the sale will not be tracked.
How can I view click and sale statistics?
We have engineered a custom tracking and reporting engine that will allow you to fully audit and track all clicks, both unique and raw. You are able to see exactly where each visitor and sale was referred from, their IP address, Browser UserAgent and more. Simply sign into https://affiliates.serverintellect.com and click on Statistics to view full click and sales statistics.
Am I able to view full statistics for past periods?
You are able to view all statistics for all past periods by simply logging into your Affiliate Account at https://affiliates.serverintellect.com, choosing Statistics and selecting a starting and ending date.
Are sales reported instantly? When exactly is a sale reported?
A sale is reported as Approved and will show up in your partner portal once the customer has been verified by our Order Verification team. Our Order Verification Team works 24/7/365 and phone verifies each order placed on the Server Intellect website.

You can find dozens of high quality graphics to use to promote Server Intellect within your partner portal at https://affiliates.serverintellect.com. In addition to Graphics we also provide you with Text based content that can be used to promote Server Intellect.
How can I market the Server Intellect Affiliate Program?
You can market the Server Intellect Affiliate Program by sending customers to your special tracking URL either directly, by linking with a graphic or text link, or by email as long as the email is not considered unsolicited commercial email or SPAM.
