Email

Email Accounts

We make email management easy. Each Email Account can be used with your domain name to receive email. By default when you first create a new domain, a default Email Account is also created for you. The username is mail@yourdomain.com and the password is the same as your login password.

Setting an email account to be a 'Catch All' account means that not only will it collect email for the email address specified, but for all the other mail sent to the domain that does not have an appropriate email account or email forward set up for it.

You can automatically create, delete and modify email accounts right from the Server Intellect Unity control panel.

Email Aliases

Email aliases are a way of adding more email addresses to an existing email account without creating additional email boxes. All email aliases ultimately point to the same email account.

You can automatically create, delete and modify Email Aliases right from the Server Intellect Unity control panel.

Webmail

Webmail includes all the features you need to use and enjoy email: Spell Check, a complete Address Book, Email Statistics, Task List, Calendar, RSS Feeds and more - all available to you from any web browser.

SmarterMail is powerful enough to be used as a complete mail system and can improve efficiency with its plentiful features.

SPAM Filtering

Use advanced statistics to analyze your email for spam. With your help, Bayesian Filtering learns what spam is and can adapt to the ever changing spam situation on the web. Combine Bayesian Filtering with other advanced anti-spam measures (spam lists, reverse DNS, verify sender, etc.) to protect yourself to an even greater extent.

SMTP and IMAP Access

We provide you with full SMTP Access. SMTP stands for "simple mail transfer protocol." SMTP is generally used to send messages from a mail client to a mail server. The messages can be retrieved by using a POP or IMAP server.

We also provide you with IMAP Access Complete RFC implementations for SMTP, POP, and IMAP.
