If for any reason you wish to cancel your service, please log into the Unity Control Panel at https://unity.serverintellect.com/ and click on the Cancel Request link under the Administrative Drop Down Menu.

Please provide what services you would like to cancel, as well as the reason you wish to cancel. 

A Billing Representative will be contacting you to confirm that you truly wish to cancel.

If you feel that your reclaim date is inaccurate, please let the representative know. 

All of our hosting accounts renew automatically, unless a cancellation request is submitted for the account.

Please note that as per the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of sign up, all cancellations must be entered 14 full days prior to the next bill cycle.  If the cancellation request is processed within those 14 days, you will be responsible for one final month of service.
