This article will show you how to access the backup server information you need to login.

First you will need to log into your "Unity Customer Portal" account.

Once you have logged in you will navigate to "View My Services".

Click on the server you want to check the backups for.

Scroll down and click open next to "backup user account".

Here you will see your login credentials to the backup server.

If you do not see your backup credentials you may also create them here by clicking "Create Backup User".
