Editing a DNS record in Hosted DNS

This article covers the steps required to Edit an existing DNS record in Server Intellect's Hosted DNS solution.

First, log into the Unity Customer Portal with your Customer ID and password.

Navigate to "My Services" and Click on "Hosted DNS".

Click on the Domain Name you wish to edit DNS records for.

The DNS records are grouped by their type. Navigate to the record you wish to edit and Click the "Edit" link on the right to start modifying that record.

Update the record with the new information.

Click the "Update" link on the right to save the changes to the record.

Please note that standard DNS Propagation time for changes to take effect is between 24 and 48 hours. Please allow this amount of time before contacting support regarding DNS changes.
