Do you accept Domain Transfers?

At this time, we do not accept domain transfers. You may, however, register a new domain through the Unity Customer Portal.

In order to host your existing domain on our services, you will need to change either the DNS records to point to the new IP addresses, or change the Name Servers your domain uses through your domain's registrar.

The type of account you have with us will determine what your new name servers are. Your name servers can be found in your HELM Control Panel after adding a domain. Otherwise, feel free to contact support for further assistance.
