You can easily update the Name Servers for your domains directly through our Unity Customer Portal.

Step 1: Log into Unity by opening a browser window and entering the address https://unity.serverintellect.com and entering your Customer ID number and billing password.

Step 2: Mouse over the Domain Names heading, and click the link for My Domains.

Step 3: Click the Settings link next to the domain which you would like to update the Name Servers for.

Step 4: Enter the NS1 and NS2 Name Servers in their appropriate fields. Once entered, click Update Domain.

You should receive a message confirming the settings were accepted. Please note that editing Name Servers for a domain requires 4-24 hours to propagate across the Internet.
