Modifying DNS Servers through Unity

How to update the Name Servers for your domain name servers through the Unity Customer Portal

You can easily update the Name Servers for your domains directly through our Unity Customer Portal.

Log into Unity by opening a browser window and entering the address https://unity.serverintellect.com/ and entering your Customer ID number and billing password.

Click the for My Services.

Click the Domain which you would like to update the Name Servers for.

Enter the NS1 and NS2 Name Servers in their appropriate fields. Once entered, click Update Domain.

You should receive a message confirming the settings were accepted. Please note that editing Name Servers for a domain requires 4-24 hours to propagate across the Internet.
