Creating email accounts in version 4 of the HELM Control Panel is quite similar to adding email accounts in version 3.

Step 1: Once logged into HELM as ADMIN, click the link for My Domains.

Step 2: Click the domain name you would like to create the email address for.

Step 3: Click the icon which says Email Accounts.

Step 4: Click the button in the upper-left hand corner of the window which says Add.

Step 5: Enter in the name you would like for the email address, the password, and the first and last name of the user. After entering the information, click Save.

The email address is now created and ready for use. It can be accessed via webmail or a client program such as Microsoft Outlook.
