1. Open MS Outlook

2. Click 'Tools', then 'Email Accounts'

3. Click 'Next'

4. Highlight your account and click 'Change...'

5. Click 'More Settings...'

6. Select the 'Advanced' tab

6. Change the Outgoing server (SMTP) port number to 587

7. Click OK to confirm the change
