In the Address Bar of Internet Explorer type: ftp://ftp.yourdomain.com
Simply replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name. Make sure you do not use 'http://'. ftp:// takes the place of http://. Alternatively you can use the IP Address found in your Welcome Letter in place of 'ftp.yourdomain.com'.
When you hit Enter a Username and Password box will appear. In the User Name box, enter your FTP account username. In the Password box, enter your FTP account password.

To download a file or folder, right-click on the file or folder, and then click Copy to Folder and choose a location on your local computer.

To rename or delete files in an FTP folder, or to upload items to an FTP site, right-click the file, and then click Rename, Copy, or Paste similar to when you use either Windows Explorer or My Computer.
