In the Address Bar of Internet Explorer type: ftp://ftp.yourdomain.com:

When you hit Enter a Username and Password box will appear:

In the User Name box, enter your FTP account username
In the Password box, enter your FTP account password

You will need to select "Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer" under the Page Menu. Make sure you turn off any Pop-up blocking.
