1. Log in to the Control Panel for your Server

2. Click on the Domains Icon

3. Click on the Domain in your Domains List

4. Click on the Database Manager Icon

5. Click 'Add New'

6. Choose Microsoft SQL Server and type in the Database Name

7. Click 'Save'

After you add the database, you will need to create the database user.
