Web Site Settings

Web Site Settings options available in HELM 3

Every domain has directory browsing, parent paths, and website write permissions settings available to them. To enable or disable any of these options, simply check/uncheck the box next to each and click Save.

Directory browsing allows viewers of your website the ability to browse the directory structure of your website folders on the server itself.

Parent Paths enables the use of the double period command (..) which allows you to move from a child folder to a parent folder when browsing directories.

Website Write Permissions can disable or enable your web applications from having the ability to write data to the server.

Depending on the contents of the package you have purchased, your domain may also support one or more website extensions such as ASP and ASP.NET.  To enable a certain extension, simply select the extension you wish to install (where available) and click Save. You can remove/uninstall extensions by unchecking the relevant boxes, then clicking Save.
