Server Intellect Technicians are always ready to assist our clients with issues they face, and will always provide their best effort towards resolving the issue at hand. Our LiveChat system is geared towards and best utilized as a Sales medium, for questions from potential clients regarding the services, hosting packages, features and benefits we offer. It is for this reason our Support Technicians are unable to provide interactive Technical Support via the LiveChat system, as it does not allow for proper documentation and tracking of the issues they are tasked with resolving, which can have varying levels of complexity. While we recognize that this may be an inconvenience for our clients, it is the most efficient method for our Technicians to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve the issues they face.

In the event of an emergency, such as a Virtual or Dedicated server becoming unresponsive, leading to one or all of the websites hosted on the server being down, or a website on the Shared Hosting server becoming unresponsive, you can always inform us via the LiveChat system of the emergency, and our Sales Representatives will immediately notify a Support Technicians so they can make the issue a top priority and resolve it as quickly as possible.
