SmarterMail Sync is available on SmarterMail Enterprise Edition only.
To install SmarterMail Sync, please follow these steps:
Log into SmarterMail (http://mail.yourdomainname.com)
From the Settings menu, click SmarterMail Sync.
Click download for SmarterMail Sync for Outlook
Select a location to download the file and click OK
Double click the downloaded file to start the installation
Click Next to begin the install Wizard
Accept the terms in the license agreement and click Next.
Click Install to begin the installation.
Click Finish once the installation completes.
To configure your account through Outlook, please follow these steps:
In Outlook, expand SmarterMail Sync and click Account Settings
Click Add
Enter the requested information:
Name: enter your name
SmarterMail URL: http://mail.domainname.com
Email Address: enter the full email address
Password: enter the password for the email address
Click Next
Click Finish
Expand Synchronize and click the account you just created.
