User Throttling SmarterMail v6

Follow these steps to set up throttling for a specific user.

Log in to SmarterMail as the system administrator.

Click on Manage in the main tool bar.

Expand the Domains folder.

Click All Domains in the left tree view.

Select the desired domain.

Click Settings in the actions toolbar and select Users from the drop-down menu.

Select the desired user and click Edit in the actions toolbar.

Click the Throttling tab.

The default throttling settings will display. You can use these values or type in new values in the appropriate fields.

To enable the throttling settings, ensure you select the Enabled checkboxes.

Click Save.
