Whitelist email addresses in SmarterMail

How to configure Whitelisting addresses and domains in SmarterMail.

If important emails being sent to you are being filtered out as SPAM, or you want to increase your SPAM settings while ensuring that you will not lose email from specific addresses, you can add them to your Trusted Senders list! Adding email addresses (or entire domains) to the Trust Senders list, or "whitelisting" them, will allow them to bypass all spam filtering and be delivered directly to your inbox.

To do so, log into your webmail by browsing to: mail.yourdomain.com

Then, hover over "Settings" at the top, and select "My Spam Filtering" from the drop down menu. This will present you with the "Trusted Senders" tab.

Click the "Trusted Senders" tab and add specific email addresses and entire domains(to whitelist ALL email addresses from that domain name) into the box to "Whitelist" those senders.

Click "Save" to save the settings.

NOTE: Content Filtering will override the "Trusted Senders" list. If you "whitelist" an email address and still are not able to get email from them, there may be something in your Content Filtering that is blocking the email.
