Configuring SSL VPN access
This article will show you how to configure a SSL VPN connection.
First you will need your login credentials.
These can be found in your Unity Customer portal.
Please note SSL VPNs do not work with Windows Vista* and Mac OS.
Once you are in the Unity Customer Portal highlight My Services and click My Services Overview.

In the My Servers section click Click here to view your servers.

In the My Servers page click View Details to the right of the server.

In the Server Overview page click Virtual Private Network User Accounts to access your VPN account credentials.

Now that you have your credentials navigate to https://vpn.serverintellect.com

After you have logged in with your login credentials, click on the yellow bar at the top and select Install ActiveX control.

You will receive a security prompt, click Install.

You should now see the SSL VPN client installing the VPN Network adapter.

When the installation is complete you should now see the red letter "A" with the status in the taskbar.

If you wish to disconnect from the VPN you may do so by going back to the SSL VPN page and clicking the Network tab and then click Disconnect.

*We have unconfirmed reports of SSL VPNs working with Windows Vista using elevated Administrative privileges.
