Create Self Signed Certificate in IIS7
This article will show you how to create a self signed certificate.
First you will want to open IIS7. Start --> Administrative Tools --> IIS7.

In IIS7 click on your Server.

Click on Server Certificates.

In the menu on the right click Create Self-Signed Certificate...

Now name your certificate accordingly. If you are going to use it for Remote Desktop or FTP use Remote Desktop and so forth.

Click OK. Once that is complete you should now see the SSL in the list of Self-Signed certificates.
