IIS7 - Static and Dynamic Compression

IIS7 allows you to easily adjust your Static and Dynamic compression.

Once you have opened the IIS7 manager, you can choose a single domain, or the entire server and click on the "Compression" icon

You will then be able to check or uncheck to enable Static or Dynamic Compression.

Once you have chosen the compression you desire, click "Apply"

This should allow for Static or Dynamic compression for your site(s)

Please be aware that, Use of dymanic compression may increase CPU utilization and reduce the overall performance of the server.
