To add a new FTP account to a domain, first log into your HELM control panel, then click on the “Domains” icon.
Select the domain to which you’d like to add an additional FTP account, then click on the “FTP Accounts” button. Click on “Add New“.
Fill out the field specifying your credentials, then click “Save” to add the account.
To update the password of an Existing FTP account, click on the account in the list for which you would like to change the password. Enter in the new password you would like for the FTP Account and click “Save“.
