The Helm Control Panel has a built-in log file system which logs any errors encountered into text files, viewable through Helm itself, or by navigating to the physical folder where they are stored on your server. In this article, we will explore both methods of accessing them.
Log into Helm as ‘admin’.
Click on the System Settings icon.
Click the Error Logs icon.
Select the error log of choice from the drop-down menu and click View.
Helm will now display the error logs you have selected. Now, we will explore the second method of reaching them.
Open My Computer, and navigate to C:\Program Files\WebHost Automation\Helm\Logs\Error.
You should see a list of ‘txt’ files organized by individual days.
