Change your Personal Details in HELM 3

If you need to change your details for any reason, you can do this at the main menu as well. Simply click Personal Details and you will get taken to this screen:


Alter the relevant details, and click “Save” to save them.

To change your password for the Helm Control Panel please see the following:

The first thing you may want to do is change your Helm login password. This is a simple enough process.

From the main menu, click the password icon.

Simply enter your old password, followed by your new password twice, then click Save to change your password to the new one.

Click “Back” to go back to the main menu, or alternatively click the “Home” link at the top of the page underneath the Server Intellect banner.

If you would like to reset the Admin user you need to instead follow these steps:

Click Start, and then Run. In the Run dialog box, copy and paste the following italicized line of text:

C:\Program Files\Webhost Automation\Helm\HelmConfigTool.exe

Click on the Admin Password Reset tab, and enter your desired password into both fields. Once entered, click OK.

You have now reset the Administrator password through the Helm Configuration Tool.
