Creating email accounts in version 4 of the HELM Control Panel is quite similar to adding email accounts in version 3.
Step 1
Once logged into HELM as ADMIN, click the link for My Domains.
Step 2
Click the domain name you would like to create the email address for.
Step 3
Click the icon which says Email Accounts.
Step 4
Click the button in the upper-left hand corner of the window which says Add.
Step 5
Enter in the name you would like for the email address, the password, and the first and last name of the user. After entering the information, click Save.
Step 6
The email address is now created and ready for use. It can be accessed via webmail or a client program such as Microsoft Outlook.
