To open a new support ticket or support request, begin by logging into the Unity control panel at: https://unity.serverintellect.com
Once you log in, the main overview page provides a simple ticket submission form. This allows you to quickly create a support ticket in your department of choice. To attach a file or flag the ticket as urgent do not use this form and instead continue to step 3.
Step 3 (Optional)
If you would like more options when submitting the ticket choose “Ticket System” from the left-hand navigation menu.
This brings up your ticket history, allowing you to see any open tickets or past closed tickets. If you click on the “Create Ticket” tab you can specify whether this is an urgent issue, or upload a file such as a screenshot.
Once you have provided all the relevant details go ahead and click “Submit Ticket” and your ticket will be created.
